Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, into the original shipping box or any secure packaging.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
